SUGGESTED USE: Stovetop Cooking Instructions This product is raw and must be cooked in order to enjoy its delicious flavor.Using a fine mesh sieve, thoroughly rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water for 1-2 minutes and drain. Combine rice, 1 3/4 cup water or broth*, and 1 Tbsp. butter or oil (optional) in a 2 qt. saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 35 minutes. With lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy.
