Our pasta is Certified Gluten Free and made in a dedicated gluten free facility by pasta artisans who have close to 50 years of experience making gluten free pasta. The use of traditional bronze dies and slow drying at low temperatures makes our pasta taste as great as the finest wheat pasta from Italy.
