Beef Jerky – (Lemon Ghost Pep) Made Fresh

I use 100% USDA Black Angus top sirloin beef (very lean and I do not use flank steak, bottom round, or whatever happens to be on sale or on clearance that week at the market. I hand trim and hand slice every piece (this is not ground beef, that is flavored hamburger NOT beef jerky). I don’t use any chemical preservatives (such as sodium nitrates and other chemicals that cannot be pronounced or spelled correctly) or MSG in my jerky like the mass produced brands (and many others). Beef Jerky is made when ordered so you are guaranteed to get it FRESH in an air tight vacuum bag or a resealable sealed new bag. I also put an oxygen absorber packet in all orders so that your beef jerky will remain fresh for longer periods of time after opening the package. You will also notice that this beef jerky is so fresh, it is still a bit sticky (this is normal as I do not over dry the beef to the point that it is like flavored shoe leather and as a side bonus, it provides some great finger licking).When making your order, the reason for a 3 business days processing time is, your order will be made after your order is placed (I do not stockpile an inventory). I marinate each order for 24-hours (1 to 2days) and hand toss and mix every 12 hours to promote maximum flavor penetration into the meat, This allows me the time needed to properly make your order so you have the absolute best tasting, best quality product available.I appreciate the opportunity to share my beef jerky with you and I am confident you will enjoy it :-)I trim the jerky in small pieces.
