(Some people dye seeds bright white, but we don't use chemicals like that). These have a sweeter and nuttier flavor than black sesame seeds, which are a little more bitter (we also sell organic black sesame seeds). It has one of the highest oil contents of any seed. We source ours in small batches from certified organic farms in Southern India.
