Due to the shortage of the glass jars for our maple cream & it being more difficult to ship the glass without it getting damaged by usps once I run of the glass you will receive clear plastic jars same delicious maple cream just hopefully easier to ship. If you have any questions please contact me. Still have some of the glass left in the smaller sizes, the bigger one is the one that will be switched to the plastic sooner. Sorry for any inconvenience. We make our 100% Pure Maple Cream from our own Maple Syrup that we make from our own sugar bush. Maple cream is made from 100% Pure maple syrup no additives. Maple cream is a delicious spread that can be used on just about anything. I have used it on crackers, toast, bagels, celery, strawberries, ice cream and peanut butter sandwiches. Maple Cream Storage: Store the cream in the fridge for up to 6 months. It is normal for some syrup to separate and rise to the top over time.
